Reservation & Booking

  • Advance reservation is highly recommended to secure vehicle availability.
  • Last-minute bookings may be accepted up to 24 hours before the departure date, subject to car availability.
  • All bookings are considered confirmed only after the deposit payment has been received.
  • Full payment must be completed before the trip or service begins.

Payment Policy

  • A minimum deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required as a booking guarantee.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled depending on availability and prior notice.

Rates & Services

  • Rates depend on the type of vehicle selected.
  • Prices include:
    • English-speaking driver
    • Petrol
    • Parking fees

Car Charter with Driver

  • Half Day Tour: Maximum 6 hours
  • Full Day Tour: Maximum 12 hours
  • For Flores Overland trips, the driver will always accompany you throughout the journey, allowing you to manage your own travel time and stops more flexibly during the trip.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any unilateral cancellation made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking date and time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services, late arrivals, or early termination of the trip by the guest.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Flores Car Hire reserves the right to apply additional charges for changes made to confirmed bookings.

Responsibility

  • Flores Car Hire is not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
  • Driver & Guest Conduct
    Guests are expected to respect local laws, regulations, and driver instructions during the trip.
  • Flores Car Hire reserves the right to refuse service to guests behaving inappropriately or dangerously.

Agreement
By confirming a booking and making payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
